How long will the battery last?
4-8 weken bij normaal studie-gebruik (1-3 uur per avond). Opladen via USB-C duurt 2-3 uur.
Hoe werkt touch-dimming precies?
What if my lamp breaks?
On top of your statutory warranty you get 1 year extra functional warranty from SenseGlow. Email support@senseglow.shop with your order number and a short explanation, and we will find a suitable solution.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and with us you can register a return within 30 days. The model form is at senseglow.shop/herroepingsformulier.
