How it works
Mail to support@senseglow.shop
Mention your order number and which product you want to return. You'll receive a return confirmation with instructions within 24 hours on business days.
Pack the product
Preferably in the original packaging. Make sure the product is undamaged and complete (lamps, cables, mounting strip).
Send it back
Return address: SenseGlow (Jayden Ecom), Tolheksleane 4A, 8821 MD Kimswerd. This is a postal and return address, no visiting address or shop. Return costs are on our account; the return confirmation states how you get a label or the costs are reimbursed.
We process and refund
Within 14 days of receipt of the return you will receive the full purchase amount back on the same payment method you used for the order.
What if the product is defective?
Mail us directly with a photo/video of the defect. In case of recognised defects, we either send a replacement directly or pay back the full amount (including your return shipping costs). No fuss.
What is covered by the guarantee?
Naast je wettelijke garantie: 1 jaar extra functionele garantie van SenseGlow. Als het product binnen die periode kapot gaat door normaal gebruik, lossen we het op. Schade door val, water (behalve Solar Lantern die IP65 is), of opzettelijke beschadiging valt er niet onder.
Statutory warranty
You are always entitled to a product that works as you may reasonably expect. The extra SenseGlow warranty does not limit those rights. Customers in Belgium have at least 2 years of statutory warranty on new products.

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
You always have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns come on top of that. You can withdraw by emailing support@senseglow.shop or with the model form.
