Why 7-14 working days?
We work with a logistics partner outside the Netherlands to keep prices low. Saves you money and costs a few days extra shipping time. We'd rather be honest about that than promise delivery tomorrow.
Shipping area: Netherlands and Belgium
We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping to both countries is free. Any questions about a specific address? Mail support@senseglow.shop.
Not home for delivery?
The carrier tries again or takes the package to a pickup point nearby. You'll get a message where you can pick it up.
Parcel not received after 14 working days?
Mail support@senseglow.shop with your order number. We'll sort it out with the carrier and get you your product or your money back.
