These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by SenseGlow and to every agreement concluded between SenseGlow and the consumer. The text of these terms and conditions is available to the consumer on senseglow.shop/conditions before the conclusion of the contract.

All products on senseglow.shop are put together with care. Offers include a description, product photos and the price (incl. VAT, in euros). Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind SenseGlow.

The contract is concluded when the consumer places an order and SenseGlow confirms it electronically by email. Until then, SenseGlow may refuse the order or impose additional conditions.

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, excluding shipping (shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium). Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. SenseGlow uses approved payment providers; payment data is not stored by SenseGlow itself.

Levering in 7-14 werkdagen. SenseGlow levert aan adressen in Nederland en België; verzending naar beide landen is gratis. Levering buiten Nederland en België is op dit moment niet beschikbaar.

The risk of damage or loss of products rests with SenseGlow until delivery to the consumer.

The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days without stating reasons, this is longer than the legal 14 day period. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product.

During the reflection period the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. He/she may unpack and use the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature and functioning.

The cost of return will be borne by SenseGlow. Return address: SenseGlow (Jayden Ecom), Tolheksleane 4A, 8821 MD Kimswerd. This address is only a postal and return address and not a visiting address.

SenseGlow shall reimburse the payments received from the consumer (including any delivery costs) within 14 days of receipt of the return, provided that the product is returned undamaged. Repayment shall be made by the same payment method as the original transaction.

In addition to your statutory warranty: 1 year extra functional warranty from SenseGlow.

The warranty applies to defects in normal use. Damage due to fall, water (except IP65-certified products such as Solar Lantern), or intentional damage are not covered by the warranty.

Statutory warranty

You are always entitled to a product that works as you may reasonably expect. The extra SenseGlow warranty does not limit those rights. Customers in Belgium have at least 2 years of statutory warranty on new products.

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to SenseGlow, fully and clearly described, within a reasonable time after the consumer discovered the defects, via support@senseglow.shop.

Complaints submitted to SenseGlow will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, SenseGlow will reply within 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

Agreements between SenseGlow and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.

In accordance with the European ODR Regulation, consumers can also use the European ODR platform to resolve disputes online: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SenseGlow reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The latest version is always on senseglow.shop/conditions with the date of last change at the top.
